Order Processing
Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT+01:00) Central European Time (Amsterdam).
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Processing time is 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends.
Shipping
The average delivery time is 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).
Shipping Costs
We cover all shipping costs. Customers do not pay any fees for delivery.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can enter this number on the Order Tracking page to check the shipment status and estimated delivery time.
Courier Services
Orders are delivered via one of the following courier companies: DHL, Bpost, or PostNL. One of these carriers will deliver your package to the specified address.
Delay?
We do our best to ensure orders arrive on time. However, shipments may occasionally experience delays.
Is your delay longer than one week? Please contact us by email at info@margeretsjewellery.com with your order number. We will check the status of your shipment.
Haven’t received your order?
If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@margeretsjewellery.com and provide your order number.
There are two possible options:

We will resend your order at no additional cost.
